Ready to Eat
Your tray arrives at peak maturity. The microgreens have reached their maximum flavor. You can cut and consume them immediately—no waiting necessary.
Where to Place
A location with light, but no direct sunlight (windowsill or countertop). The ideal temperature is between 18–22°C.
How to Water
Water only from below. Pour 50–100 ml of water into the base tray. The roots will absorb the water within 15 minutes.
Important: Never wet the leaves from above to prevent mold.
Harvest and Storage
- Cut: Use scissors, cutting 1 cm from the base.
- Washing: Clean product with no pesticides. Simply rinse under cold water before eating.
- Shelf Life: In the tray, it stays fresh for 10–14 days (we recommend consuming within the first week).
- In the Refrigerator: If you cut everything, store it in an airtight container with kitchen paper. It lasts for another 5–7 days.
