Return and Refund Policy
Our microgreens are a fresh, perishable product, grown to order and delivered alive. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect product
If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition or does not match what was ordered, we are here to help. You have up to 48 hours after delivery to contact us via the contact form on our website.
To assess the situation and process a refund, we require a photograph clearly showing the issue with the product received.
After review, if the problem is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the affected product through the same payment method used for the purchase. Returning the product is not required.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost as long as they have not entered preparation. Since our microgreens are grown to order, cancellation is not possible once preparation has begun.
