Shipping Policy

Our microgreens are grown to order and delivered alive, so they reach your table with maximum freshness and nutrients.

Delivery zones and timeframes

Mainland Portugal:

Delivery within 2 to 24 hours. Orders placed before 14:00 (business days) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends are processed on the next business day.

Spain:

Delivery within 24 to 48 business hours.

We deliver Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays, or to the Azores, Madeira or Spanish islands.

Shipping costs

Mainland Portugal:

€1.99 per order. Free shipping on orders of €20 or more.

Spain:

€3.49 per order. Free shipping on orders of €20 or more.

Packaging

Microgreens are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive alive and in perfect condition. We use packaging suitable for transporting living, perishable products.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Failed delivery attempt

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt further contact or leave the product at a collection point, according to the carrier’s policy. As microgreens are a living, perishable product, we recommend being available to receive the order within the indicated timeframe. Haribol is not responsible for the deterioration of products that are not collected promptly.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours via the contact form, accompanied by a photograph. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
